Keruen Park Tower

KERUEN PARK is located in a central and valuable area of ​​Astana, with a view of the Ishim River, surrounded by historical and cultural structures. The project area, which is located in an important location in terms of transportation and social aspects, is close to the city's green park. In the design, a buffer zone was created by leaving a maximum distance from neighboring plots and the two towers were positioned diagonally, aiming for users to benefit from the view in the best way. In the project, a green promenade was designed from Nurzhol Boulevard to Dostyk Avenue; this green axis was transformed into green areas on the building terraces. The design includes hotel and residence towers on a podium and offers an integrated structure with the city. Entrances are provided from Dostyk Avenue and Nurzhol Boulevard axes.
