Erbil Business Tower

Pavilion Erbil is the first structure seen when exiting Erbil International Airport and is strategically located close to the city's most important destinations. With direct access to the 120m and 100m ring roads, it offers fast access to every point in the city and other city connections in Iraq. The project is located in the area called the "golden area" of the city and adjacent to the Ankawa district, known for its ethnic diversity.

The project has a design that includes four towers and a sky garden connecting these towers. The towers are positioned in a way that does not block the view; they consist of offices, hotels, service apartments and residences. Green areas are prioritized in the design, and green textures are integrated into the design of the towers and terraces. The project is designed in harmony with the surrounding landscape and green texture.
